Memorable training

What ‘memorable’ means to us:

Relatable and real to what you do and deal with on a daily basis and can clearly see the link from the course content to how you can improve your leadership and your team engagement

Enjoyable; Learning is much easier and more effective when you’re having a good time doing it. That enjoyment could be in many forms; creating a friendly competitive atmosphere with rewards or high-score leaderboards, could be their personal accomplishment, problem solving, or just plain building trust and social bonding with their team.

Creating a legacy;  An annual sports day, or a unique outdoor residential creates memories and bonds within the team and that adds to the culture. I did an annual sports day for a large company and the trophies and medals were on winners desks.  The ‘welly wanger’ winner confided in me on the following year’s sport day that he had been secretly training for it.

Visual, collaborative and hands on;  We love and see the benefits from being outside doing it but you can also create that with hands on interactive sessions with the training material, and everyone seeing real understanding and progress taking place.

Our facilitators have bags of real work experience and skills to make connection with your audience and keep them engaged.

Events and training that invoke awesome moments and inspiring training tips and solutions that are used daily in their leadership role make it truly memorable!
