Our values and beliefs

We believe in keeping it straight forward, simple and fun;

Face to face, locally run and cost-effective quality courses

Face to face works better than on a screen (FACT) and you don’t need to be in London or other major city to access top quality expertise.

We can provide local suitable venues and also deliver at your own premises or one of your preferred venues.

We promise; affordable, locally based and up to date effective provision, with knowledgeable, passionate and charismatic facilitators

Highly bespoke and relatable courses

There is nothing worse than attending a business-related course and delegates not connecting the dots as to why they are there and being disengaged.

Learning should be fun, memorable and relatable, with ‘real skills’ taken away from it immeadiately, and we engage with your Managers and HR to ensure each course aligns with your culture and goals and makes sense to everyone.

Building long term relationships

Anything other than an honest and open long-term relationship just doesn’t work, and we value ourselves on a NO hard sell approach, just a sustainably relationship where we can get to understand your own unique needs and direction and work with you to explore the best way to achieve it.

Get the basics right.

Our venues are chosen well, so everyone’s feeling welcome, fed and watered with their own preferences and needs, and no hassle with parking or access.

Our Mission

To provide an environment of expertise and knowledge, where we can develop your understanding of the principles of leadership and team engagement and translate that into workable practices to get the best out of your team and your company.

To bring passion, fun and enjoyment back into learning.

Make memorable moments to enhance and add to your company legacy and culture.
